Dr Byram Bridle, a tenured pathobiology professor, virologist, immunologist, scientist and academic, has filed a lawsuit against his employer, the University of Guelph, for their covid mandates and unfounded criticisms.
The Defendants’ (Government) have made a motion to strike, and the Plaintiffs (Federal Employees’) responding motion record has been filed.
The Court now has to decide whether to dispose of the motion in writing, or after oral arguments in open Court.
Constitutional Lawyer Rocco Galati, has many cases, one involving Doctors who were being disciplined by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario due to their criticism of covid 19 policies.
A recent decision was handed down with respect to Doctors’ freedom of expression regarding Covid 19 policies.
