Police On Guard For Thee under the domain policeonguard.ca (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, “we”, “We”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) provides this Website (“Site”, “Website”) to you subject to these terms of use (these “Terms”). In these terms we describe users (“Users”) of the Site as both registered and unregistered users.

Police On Guard For Thee reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. Such modifications shall become effective upon posting. We strongly encourage you to review the Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using any services we provide without further obligation.

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law.  You and the Site both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in regard to the Site. Therefore, you and the Site explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
