There has been some significant progress in the Federal Employee Lawsuit. The amended Statement of Claim has been filed and we are awaiting a court date.

There has been some significant progress in the Federal Employee Lawsuit. While we’re disappointed that the Supreme Court won’t hear a portion of the Plaintiffs on the lawsuit, we’re looking forward to the remainder of the Plaintiffs having their day in Federal Court.

The Federal Court of Appeal has provided a date of November 8th, 2023 at 9:30 am. for the Federal Employee Lawsuit we spearheaded.
We need your help!! We need to show the courts that we will not let them off the hook for their Covid response in breaching people’s rights and freedoms.
