Another ruling reaffirming that Canadians are also protected by law under Provincial Human Rights Codes.

In this recent ruling an Arbitrator sided in favour of a nurse who was terminated for refusing to be vaccinated for religious reasons. The employer acted discriminatory as she should have been granted an exemption based on her creed.
