In the ongoing fight for individual rights and freedoms in Canada, a recent decision from Arbitrator James Hayes has supported the individual rights of the Air Canada pilots placed on unpaid leave, after their religious exemptions to the Covid-19 vaccination policy were denied.
Ontario Superior Court Justice Janet Leiper’s March 20th ruling dismissing Adam Skelly’s Charter challenge, has dealt a blow to individual rights.
I had the pleasure of meeting James and his on the ground supporters tonight. What an absolute pleasure. James is a humble but determined human helping bring all of us frustrated canadians together as he marches across Canada. He stated he needs to pick up the pace. Wow! The stories the group shared and how far they still have to go. We were honored to meet them all and cant wait to see them again on their inspirational journey. James has lifted our spirits and gave us hope yet again. We have to stand up and right the wrongs. Thank you to all Police on Guard. XOXO
