Windsor Police Officer Found Guilty of Discreditable Conduct for Donating to Freedom Convoy

The absurdity continues as Const. Michael Brisco has been found guilty of discreditable conduct for his one-time $50 donation to the Freedom Convoy, over a year ago.

On February 17th, 2022, after being placed on unpaid leave for noncompliance of their ‘vaccine directive ‘, Brisco made a donation to what he felt was a “noble cause.”

In his decision, adjudicator, retired OPP Sgt. Morris Elbers, incorrectly stated that his donation came after the protest was declared illegal by both Trudeau and the Ottawa Chief of Police.

The absurdity lies in knowing that a judge had already ruled the convoy protest was legal. Neither the Chief of Police, nor the Prime Minister, have the power to declare anything illegal, particularly when a judgement has already been passed stating otherwise. Further, his donation, believed to be made as an anonymous civilian, only became known through hacked documents.

So, to summarize, we have illegal evidence being used for an illegal justification to discipline an otherwise respected officer who saw his Charter rights being ignored and wished to support a peaceful cause aimed at restoring the rights of Canadians.

Const. Brisco will now face a one-day hearing on May 4th which could see a penalty ranging from a verbal reprimand to dismissal.

Yet another Windsor police officer, Const. Brooke Fazekas, faces a similar charge of discreditable conduct for her alleged donation to the Freedom Convoy. Her hearing date has yet to be determined.

Careers have been ruined and lives destroyed, all by design as a result of the gross overreach of our government. All anyone wanted were the rights afforded them by our Charter and our Constitution, which used to be our highest laws, put in place by our forefathers for the express purpose of protecting us against this overreach.

We stand with all who have had the strength to do what they believe is right, knowing that retribution was likely. We stand for a free and united Canada.
