In February 2022, the University of Toronto faculty filed a Human Rights complaint with legal counsel. This action has already seen the university’s administration rescind much of the covid related mandates including vaccinations, masking, and health screening.
Police on Guard believes we are seeing a shift in the narrative where constitutional and human rights are now being recognized under threat of legal action and accountability.
