A Canadian Court that has finally acknowledged the illegitimacy of the public health orders put in place in response to covid.
In the case of Ingram v. Alberta, Justice Barbara Romaine of the Alberta Court of King’s Bench has determined that, although many powers are granted to the Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) during times of medical emergency, the Alberta government has thoroughly overstepped their authority and, as a result, all public health orders have been deemed invalid.

In another victory an Alberta nurse, accused of unprofessional conduct by the province’s nursing and health authorities, has been cleared of all wrongdoing after being singled out for providing “honest answers to patients” regarding the Covid-19 post-vaccination side effects she has witnessed.

In January of 2022 a lawsuit was filed by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) on behalf of the Honourable Brian Peckford et al.
In October of 2022 the federal courts struck this case based on mootness. The JCCF have filed an appeal to the dismissal of their case.
