There are other lawsuits currently making their way through the courts, alongside our Federal Employee Lawsuit, addressing various Covid restrictions and mandates.
One such lawsuit is also addressing the travel mandates that were imposed on all Canadians that were not vaccinated against Covid 19.
The next hearing is scheduled for Wednesday October 11th, 2023 @9:30 am in the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa.

Seven congregations joined forces to launch a constitutional challenge, supported by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.
The case went to court and ruled justifiable, when the matter was appealed, the decision was upheld.

A case between a Kelowna pastor and the BC government has ended in a loss for democracy earlier this year.
Pastor Art Lucier defied Bonnie Henry’s imposed lockdowns by continuing to offer services to his congregation, believing it to be a charter-protected human right. For this he received numerous fines, one of which he fought, arguing against its constitutionality.

A 70yr old grandfather was charged and acquitted with mischief and police obstruction, Feb 12th, 2022, when assumed to be the owner of a child’s red wagon carrying jerry cans thought to contain gasoline destined for convoy vehicles.
The Crown has filed an appeal. With weak notes and conjecture, relying solely on the convoy’s “impact on Ottawa” to give teeth to their case.
