Supreme Court of Canada Refuses to Hear Case of Unvaccinated Woman In Need of Life Saving Organ Transplant

Of the many tragedies still unfolding under the repercussions of Covid policies, one particularly heartbreaking case is that of Ms. Sheila Lewis, denied a lifesaving transplant for refusing the Covid-19 ‘vaccine’.

The protocols for a transplant recipient are considerable and Ms. Lewis has followed every request diligently, including having to repeat every single childhood vaccine when they were unable to locate medical records for verification. However, following the advice of immunologists such as Dr Byram Bridle, who spoke on her behalf at her lower court appearance, she drew the line with the Covid vaccines. The very real fear is that she will not be strong enough for the transplant she so desperately needs.

No matter how you look at it, this is a death sentence for this 58-year-old mother.

Ms. Lewis has challenged the constitutionality of Covid-19 vaccines for transplant patients with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms through the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal, with no success. In a final effort, she petitioned the Supreme Court of Canada, also to no avail. They have refused to hear her plea.

To add further insult, she has been placed under a publication ban to protect the doctors that have refused her treatment, unable to even speak of the organ for which she needs the transplant.

Despite continued evidence highlighting the risks of vaccine injury, their status as experimental and the consensus that the pandemic is now over, the transplant board has held tight to its vaccine requirement.

There is a serious and intricate ethical dilemma created by this contentious decision, pitting human rights and bodily autonomy against public health and the medical establishment. This outcome may have grave consequences for the rights of every individual Canadian, with respect to personal health decisions. To think that our government can hand someone a death sentence for the sake of ‘public health’, despite the treatment they push being proven completely ineffective.

Where does it end?

Stand with us in our fight to restore the sacrosanct of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
