Rocco Galati along with Police on Guard Launch Federal Lawsuit Against Mandatory Vaccination & Vaccine Passports

IMPORTANT UPDATE: In response to the federal government’s recent policy mandating Covid-19 vaccinations for all federal employees, Police on Guard, along with Rocco Galati, of the Constitutional Rights Centre, have launched a federal employee lawsuit!

To all Law enforcement officers and civilian employees of the federal government, we have learned of some trying to subvert this effort by impersonating “Police On Guard”. Please continue reading for specific instructions on how to get involved.

Joining details to participate:

– Only email the officially designated ProtonMail email account to convey your interest, at fedemployeelawsuit@protonmail.com Please provide your full name, phone number and preferred language.

If you are going to join this action, this is the criteria:

#1. You must be a Federal Employee

#2. You must not be vaccinated against Covid-19

#3. Do not resign from your job

#4. Do not partake in PCR testing, or any other testing that may be implemented in the future, to the best of your ability.

#5. You must not have presented your employer with an exemption letter.

We kindly ask for your patience as it may take us some time to respond to your e-mails. We are currently inundated with hundreds of supporters joining by the day. We are working diligently to get back to each and every one of you as soon as possible.

Due to the overwhelming response, we may not get back to everyone who has sent an email requesting information. On that note, we will be shutting down the email on August 31st at midnight due to the overwhelming interest in applicants going forward with the lawsuit.

Stand strong, know your charger rights, and remember your Oaths. We stand with you and are so appreciative of the strength you are demonstrating by standing against these UNCONSTITUTIONAL mandates.
