NYC Judge Ordered Unvaccinated Employees Reinstated with Backpay as Rights Violated

A New York Judge, Honorable Ralph J. Porzio has ordered the reinstatement of all fired unvaccinated New York City employees.

Mentioned in his decision was the current evidence surrounding the vaccines efficacy, where he stated “Being vaccinated does not prevent an
individual from contracting or transmitting Covid 19″

Hon. Porzio ordered that the employees receive backpay and stated that “the Commissioner’s Order violated the Petitioners’ equal protection rights as the mandate is arbitrary and capricious”

Time for Canada to follow suit. After all, our Charter of Rights and Freedoms states exactly what the Hon. Porzio decided on, equal protection rights!

It’s time our courts paid attention to these decisions.
