Niagara Health Employee Fired Over Vaccine Exemption Since 2014

Niagara Health region falls under the umbrella of the Ontario Health. Robin Bigger is a married mother of four who worked for Niagara Health for almost ten years before being fired in April 2022.  The vaccine mandate was used to justify her termination, despite having signed documents from 2014 that clearly acknowledge her religious exemption from all vaccines, as a condition of employment.

In 2021 Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kieran Moore, arbitrarily instituted a vax mandate for the province which was adopted by all districts, including Niagara. Ironically, Dr. Moore sits on a Pfizer advisory board; a clear conflict of interest which should have rendered it null and void.  Regardless, Dr. Moore has since attempted to falsely claim the Ontario government never ‘mandated’ COVID vaccination, that it was merely a policy. If so, then why were people terminated for not taking the jab?

In April of 2022 Niagara Health unilaterally decided the vax mandate trumped her religious exemption and she was unceremoniously fired. She had asked for clarification and unsuccessfully tried to ensure her exemption met the required standard. The response simply stated that “it didn’t meet the threshold for the requested exemption.”  Niagara Health was following the unproven and unscientific assertion that COVID vaccines reduce illness, without any consideration at all for natural immunity. In Bigger’s case this made even less sense since she worked in medical device processing having no direct contact with patients.

Clearly, Niagara Health wasn’t worried about violating her rights, all that mattered was that she comply with the mandate and be injected with the inadequately tested ‘vaccine’ misrepresented as being “safe and effective.”

Robin Bigger has suffered a great injustice at the hands of Niagara Health and has launched a human rights complaint for religious discrimination and filed a grievance with her union for wrongful dismissal. There is a Give-send-go legal fund set up for Robin.

We will continue to expose the many situations in which our authorities have trampled our guarantied human rights. Please stand with us.
