James Topp a Canadian Forces veteran, who walked across Canada in attempts to bring awareness to the covid restrictions and mandates, has served a Notice of Libel to Global News.

On August 18th, Rachel Gilmore of Global News wrote a defamatory article about James in which the URL link referred to him as a white supremacist.
