Freedom Convoy 3 Year Anniversary Video Tribute

Feb 6, 2025 | Blog, General News | 1 comment

Three years ago, we saw the coming together of a nation like we had not seen ever before.

History was made when truckers and Canadians alike joined arms to attend the nation’s capital from coast to coast to make their voices heard in the face of government overreach and corruption. Armed with nothing more than warm clothes, a fire in our spirits, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the will to stand up for what is right, Canadians stood tall and strong, lighting a fire in the hearts and minds of the world.

Though the government and state sponsored media would try to paint the Ottawa Convoy as an occupation akin to domestic terrorism, the truth is and will always be that it was the greatest coming together of every culture, religion, sexual orientation, creed and political affiliation that this nation has ever seen. United by the burning desire to be and stay free, we Canadians made our voices heard. Loud and clear we stood on guard for thee as our national anthem calls us to do.

Police On Guard was proud to be involved in the rollout and attending of the convoy.

Though we once took an oath as officers to keep the peace and prevent offences while upholding the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, it is all Canadians that need to remember that we all took an oath every time we sing our Nations Anthem to stand on guard for thee as God keeps this land glorious and free.

We wanted to commemorate this peaceful and uniting event with a video that captures the triumphs and tribulations of the Freedom Convoy of 2022. This visual narrative aims to reflect on the resilience and determination of those involved, showcasing the moments of solidarity, the challenges faced, and the collective spirit that defined this remarkable movement. Through this video, we hope to honour the experiences of all participants and inspire future generations to continue advocating for freedom and unity.

Let us never forget that freedom is only ever a generation away from big lost.

We salute you and thank you for your support in standing for this nation against overreach and corruption.

Thank you, dear truckers. And thank you our beloved fellow Canadians

Beautiful video, so many memories (good and bad) of that historic time. Since I couldn’t make it to Ottawa, I went to Coutts the very first weekend; what an amazing feeling, being surrounded by so many others who were exhausted by the abusive, dictatorial, and hypocritical actions of our elected officials.

In a recent ruling, Ontario Superior Court Justice Antonio Skarica has exposed what we have all been witnessing; how our justice system routinely applies different rules for foreign offenders while law-abiding Canadians pay the price.
