Federal Employee Lawsuit Update - January 2023

As mentioned in our previous update post in December 2022, the Defendants’ (Government) made a motion to strike, and the Plaintiffs (Federal Employees’) responded.
The Defendants’ wanted the matter argued in writing while the Plaintiffs requested for the motion to be heard in person.
The courts have agreed to hear the motion to strike in person on January 19th, 2023, at 9:30 am for a period of 3 hours.
Unfortunately, there is a mask requirement, however given the magnitude of this case, any attendance in support would go a long way.
The location is in Toronto at 180 Queen Street West on the 4th floor. The courtroom will be announced at the courthouse on the 19th.
We will ensure we post updates as we proceed.

I’ll wear a mask for this! AND I won’t be the one that passes out or drops dead in the courtroom.
