They are challenging the mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policies enforced through Transport Canada’s Interim Order Respecting Certain Requirements for Civil Aviation Due to COVID-19.
The recent motion to strike initiated by the Federal government has been dismissed, allowing the plaintiffs to proceed to court to have their case heard.
