Police on Guard for Thee.’s, Lee Keane, a retired RCMP officer, wrote a letter to BC local news addressing the concerning trend we’re seeing with churches being issued fines. It is an offence to interfere with church services under Section 176(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada and any citizen can lay a private information at any courthouse.
