Update for the Federal Employee Lawsuit - Application Period Extended

IMPORTANT: We are no longer accepting applicants for the Federal Employee Lawsuit. The deadline was October 31st to join. 

Great News!!! We’ve extended the deadline to join the Federal Employee Lawsuit.
Due to the overwhelming requests to join, we have extended the deadline to October 31, 2021. 

Criteria for Joining the Lawsuit:

#1. You must be a Federal Employee or Federally Regulated Employee (If you are questioning if you are considered a Federally Regulated employee, please see the link. It is your duty to make sure you meet this criteria, we cannot do this for you. https://www.canada.ca/en/services/jobs/workplace/federally-regulated-industries.html)
#2. You must not be vaccinated against Covid 19
#3. You must not quit. This means that no matter what happens, they force their employees’ hand to make a decision to suspend etc.… (If it comes to that)
#4. Do not partake in PCR testing, or any other testing that may be implemented in the future, in relation to employment.
#5. Must not have presented their employee an exemption letter.
*Rocco indicated that by presenting an exemption letter you are essentially agreeing to the validity of the laws surrounding the mandatory vaccine in the context of employment

What we need from you:

If you wish to be added to the lawsuit we will require your full name, phone number, email address, employer name and union if applicable. Please return an email with the necessary information to fedemployeelawsuit@protonmail.com
Please mention that you have read the list of 5 criteria, that you meet them all and understand the retainer amount of $1000. Indicating you understand the criteria and retainer amount will confirm for us you understand the important aspects to join the lawsuit.
You will be sent a retainer document with instructions on how complete and return it to us. Your retainer amount is $1000.00 and instructions on payment will be included in the retainer package.
