As of February 22, under the new Emergency Orders made by the Federal Government travellers are now required to quarantine for a period of time in hotels or other government approved facilities. Under these orders new regulations can be made regarding what is included in a physical examination, Covid tests included.
Police on Guard believes in providing the public with the applicable legislation and information. Please refer to sections 58, 62, 65 and Sections 68-72 for Offences and Punishment.
