Police on Guard’s 5 Year Anniversary

Dec 20, 2025 | Blog, General News

Five years ago, at the onset of COVID-19, we shared a letter expressing concern about Charter violations and urging fellow officers to uphold their oath. That message resonated, leading to the creation of Police on Guard.

Since then, our organization has grown to include thousands of active and retired law enforcement members, correctional officers, firefighters, border services agents, and military personnel.

We are proud that the major legal challenge we initiated—one of the largest regarding the COVID mandates and one of the only ones still active—continues to move through the courts.

As we celebrate our fifth anniversary, our dedication remains unchanged: we are committed to persistently voicing our opposition to government overreach and to seeing the legal challenge through the entire system.
