Dr. Theresa Szezepaniak Loses Appeal To Continue Working After Refusing Covid Vaccine

Dr. Theresa Szezepaniak of BC had her privileges revoked after refusing to comply with vaccine mandates put in place in 2021, for all health care professionals in BC, by Public Health Officer Bonnie Henry.

Although she supported her appeal with “numerous requests for information related to disclosure of scientific evidence regarding the vaccines and how Charter requirements were being met”, no argument she put forward was able to sway the outcome.

The British Columbia Hospital Appeal Board agreed that she has the right to refuse, but also pointed out that her refusal has consequences. “This Panel acknowledges that the Appellant has the right to make decisions impacting her bodily integrity and accepts that she strongly and sincerely believes in her views, that does not mean, however, that she is immune from the consequences of her decision.”

They also stated that she will remain suspended “until such time as the Appellant is eligible to fulfill her service obligations,” meaning until she gets the covid vaccine, or the province lifts the mandate.

Her lawyer, Lee Turner, commented “I expect our client will be making a decision shortly on whether she will pursue a judicial review of the decision”.

B.C. is the only jurisdiction in Canada still mandating a vaccine requirement in the health-care system.

Despite several misleading announcements indicating that the vaccine policy for health care professionals in BC was to be lifted earlier last year, this has not happened. Dr. Szezepaniak is one of many highly qualified and skilled medical professionals that are currently unable to offer their services to the people of BC, many of whom do not even have a family doctor and cannot get the health care they so desperately need. With wait lists in BC currently sitting at months (best case) to over a year (more likely), one would expect our government to be trying to recruit and maintain as many health care professionals as possible to meet those needs. Instead, we have health care dictators intent on denying BC residents the care they need and services they have paid for.

It is time to hold all levels of government accountable.

The people’s Public Service Corporation called CANADA is controlled by privateers, inland pirates acting in the guise of authority.

On my opinion, this has been the case since Trudeau’s father sold out the BANK OF CANADA in 1974 and probably long before.

We are now full on into WWIII brought on by those who manufacture war and now pandemics. WHO could do such a thing?

We ‘duh’ People vs Deep State, Shadow Government and a corrupt Public Service Corporation.

The entire legal system is founded on 5 words, “THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER”!

The path out of this mess is through the realization of who we are both spiritually and commercially.

By knowing what we are in spirit we become fearless and by knowing what we are in commerce we are invincible.

Spiritually, what we call I” is Totality; ONE UNBOUNDED OCEAN OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN MOTION. These body vessels were contracted at Birth as primary creditors and holders of first equity to the Public Service Corporation’s debt obligations.

The whole thing is a construct of fraud. Knowledge is power and True knowledge will set us free.

When the bank/corporate mafia are extracted form the system we will see heaven on earth, all good everywhere and non good no where.

We. need our institutions. We don’t need the psychopaths and their minions who are running them.

    Dr Theresa deserves everyone’s support.
