Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal Found Dr. Mark Trozzi Engaged in Professional Misconduct Over Covid Criticism

Dr Mark Trozzi is a highly credentialed physician and critical care instructor, and familiar face and distinguished voice in the fight against disinformation and the abhorrent policies pushed by governments and health authorities during the covid debacle.

Dr Trozzi, like many who dared speak out, was harshly persecuted by his governing body, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), in an effort to enforce compliance across their membership.

After a lengthy investigation by the CPSO, Dr Trozzi stood before a tribunal to defend his expertise, his professional conduct, and his right to express his personal and professional views.

Dr Trozzi’s goal, in following his Hippocratic Oath, was to warn the public that covid-19 vaccines were dangerous and effective alternative treatments had been deliberately suppressed.

In stark contrast, the goal of the CPSO was to label him with professional misconduct for his communications, and incompetence for his methods in awarding exemptions to patients. Ultimately, the CPSO succeeded.

In this decision we again see the words of those opposing the official narrative labelled misinformation, without any attempt to critically weigh the testimony of these experts against the lock-step propaganda offered by government-controlled health authorities.

An excerpt from the tribunal’s decision of Oct 6th labels his words as, “speech” which is misleading, inflammatory and contributes to harm to the public during a public health emergency.” While also claiming he is, “denying ‘well-established facts’ in a deliberately inflammatory manner to undermine public health…”.

His lawyer, Mr. Alexander points out that, “we argued that Dr. Trozzi was unrefuted on covid science,” “yet the Tribunal made no mention of this fact.”

“The charter does not prohibit offensive expression for one fundamental reason: It isn’t possible to separate speech that is intended only to offend from speech that offends because it strikes at the truth”.

He ended by confirming their intent to pursue an appeal.

As always, we continue to stand with everyone fighting for truth in an environment rife with censorship.
