Professor of Immunology and Microbiology Suspended for 4th Time For Speaking Out Against Covid Vaccine for Children

One would expect a professor of immunology, specializing in mRNA technology, would be just the person to speak on the safety of covid mRNA vaccines.

In today’s reality however, there is little surprise that the professor described is being silenced for sharing these expertise.

Dr. Patrick Provost, highly regarded professor of immunology and microbiology at Laval University in Quebec, has been suspended four times for sharing his professional views on the covid vaccines.

Faculty union president Louis-Phillipe Lampron confirms they are “vigorously contesting” the suspensions due to the “dangerous precedent for academic freedom.” He explained, “regardless of what we think of colleague Provost’s stances, for us, the big problem is the sanctions imposed, and the reasons put forward to justify them”.

Provost was first suspended due to remarks made at a December 2021 conference referencing covid vaccines for children. His position was clear; for children, the risks far outweigh any potential benefit.

His most recent suspension is the university’s response to his speaking to media during a previous suspension. A reaction contrary to a new university policy, in line with the Quebec government’s new academic freedom legislation.

“Laval University subscribes to its members’ fundamental commitment to freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly in a safe environment conducive to the free exchange of ideas for the advancement of understanding and knowledge”, a university spokesperson stated.

Provost describes his employer’s efforts as an attempt to make him wear the ‘Laval University professor hat’ at all times, in every aspect of his life, impeding his freedom of expression.

His skepticism toward the vaccine’s safety is well warranted. Others have since verified that these vaccines seem more likely to put a person in the hospital with a serious adverse event, than to keep them safe from covid.

Sadly, we are all too familiar with cases of children who have suffered severe, long-term side effects from vaccination. A fate they did not deserve from a ‘treatment’ that was unwarranted, unsafe, and unproven.
