Bridge City News Interview with Police on Guard's Clay Farnsworth

We enjoyed a rare opportunity recently; a media outlet showing an honest interest in sharing the truth.

Bridge City News reached out for an interview with us at Police on Guard. Our Chairman, Clay Farnsworth, took the time to speak with them about our mission and our many efforts, and to acknowledge the many struggles we’ve all witnessed and experienced.

Clay spoke eloquently of what it was like to be a police officer before, and of the struggles and conflict witnessed by serving members now. He spoke of our Charter, what it means, or should still mean, the importance of it and the ways in which we have seen it eroded by government, officers, courts, financial institutions and private enterprise. He explained the explicit legal requirements associated with the implementation of the Emergencies Act, something we all need to understand, and how these obligations were blatantly ignored by our government.

He shared the stories of our inception and our evolution, some of our numerous projects and collaborations, and our growing membership.

Most importantly, he explained why we are speaking out, what we fight for and who we fight for.

Please listen as our chairman, and our friend, shares what we at Police on Guard for Thee stand for.

We would like to thank Bridge City News for demonstrating an integrity and willingness to listen that should be commonplace in the world of news media, but sadly is not. Thank you for inviting us to share our story.
