Once again, we see a significant difference in judicial interpretation, comparing recent judgements across Canada.

This case is an arbitral decision from New Brunswick, between New Brunswick Power Corp. and workers who were forced out for having “personal concerns about the Covid shots” and refused to disclose their status. Arbitrator Michel Doucet acknowledged the difficult position of the employees, saying it wasn’t his place to question their choices, even going so far as to support “an employee’s rights, including their right to privacy, personal autonomy and bodily integrity”.

He then spoke to the “issue of the risk to the health of others” and the role this played in his award; “there are circumstances where the rights of the collective outweigh the rights of individuals”. This flawed justification requires only one response – if these “vaccines” worked, there would never be a risk to anyone except those who decline; since they don’t work, there is no ‘extra’ risk associated with exposure to those who declined.

Despite the obvious contradiction, Doucet believed the jab policy “helped diminish the risks associated with the potential for transmission.” This flawed interpretation led him to ultimately determine that New Brunswick Power Corporation had “no choice” but to enforce its mandate. Unsurprisingly, according to Blacklock, the workers’ union was also in support of COVID jab mandates.

While Doucet’s ruling was not in the employees’ favor, other provinces have ruled the opposite. In a judgment released the day before, a Saskatchewan privacy commissioner ruled the employer cannot mandate its employees show proof of COVID vaccination or negative test as a condition of employment.

It is now fully understood that these shots carry negative side effects. Both the US government and the CDC were recently forced to admit that COVID vaccine safety data shows “highly concerning” proof of adverse effects, and yet the Canadian federal and provincial governments all continue to push these injections. Why?
