On February 21st, 2023, the Federal Court ruled on the government’s motion to strike which had been argued on January 19th, 2023.

In a nutshell, in a blatantly dishonest and disturbing decision:

  1. the Court misstated the facts and law; And

  2. moreover, ignored the jurisprudence with previous case law presented

The next course of action will be to  appeal. We will keep you updated as this case proceeds.
