The absurdity, and continued unconstitutional bureaucracy continues unabated surrounding re-entry into Canada. In this video, an 86 year old Canadian with mobility issues, is threatened with a $5,000 fine. He asserts that he has been vaccinated 4 times, and has proof. However, due to not having the ArriveCan app, is not allowed free entry as his passport (front inner page) guarantees.

Police On Guard sees this, and all other mandates past and present, as violations of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We are addressing travel restrictions in our lawsuits, as are many others, including the Hon. Brian Peckford.
