We See You, We Hear You, We Stand with You!!!

The freight train of ever more-restrictive freedom in Canada is chugging along at full steam. The heroes of yesterday such as Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Law Enforcement, Fire Firefighters, Military and others in public service are being asked to make a choice between fighting to uphold constitutionally-guaranteed rights or being able to support themselves and their families.

Canada has taken a dark turn with these mandates toward an ever more dictatorship style of government with no room for open debate or dialogue of any sort against the pre-established narrative.
Each one of the professionals above are fully aware of their jeopardy in not obeying these unconstitutional mandates and believe so strongly in the preservation of our Human Rights that they are willing to put themselves at personal financial risk in doing so. Many of us are experiencing the same reality toward a loss of livelihood as you are and are steadfast in our beliefs of upholding these rights.

Police on Guard has been working diligently toward upholding human rights and law and order since their inception in December 2020 and will continue to do so.

Police on Guard has been instrumental in 2 legal actions thus far. The first being the Police Court Action filed in the Superior Court of Ontario challenging Covid measures including lockdowns, stay at home orders, curfews, masking, social distancing, etc. The second legal action will soon be filed as a statement of claim in the Federal Court challenging the federal vaccine mandates in the context of employment and the vaccine passports. This challenge involves many federal and federally-regulated plaintiffs from various professions within Canada and like the first, is being led by Rocco Galati of the Constitutional Rights Centre.
We are also working on other projects which will be made available to the public in the coming months. We will not rest until the balance of our rights has been restored.
