Toronto Police State Full Nudity In Front of Kids Is Not Criminal At Pride Events

This recent article from the Counter Signal is yet another example of the Toronto Police Service being unwilling to enforce the laws that they have sworn an oath to uphold.
As cited in the attached publication sections 173(1), (2) and 174 (1) of the Criminal Code of Canada make it a criminal offence to commit an indecent act in public, expose ones genitalia to persons under the age of 16, be nude in a public place, or be nude on private property but in view of the public.
Police services in Canada, particularly the Toronto Police, have failed to uphold their sworn duty to protect the public and minors from such offences.
Over the past several years we have seen an unwillingness to address criminal offences being committed by certain special interest or advocacy groups.
During the pandemic law-abiding citizens exercising their right to protest, to peacefully gather, to practice their faith, and making a decision to assert autonomy over their bodies were arrested, charged, vilified, and marginalized.
The absolute double standard and hypocrisy is obvious. The police services need to stop pandering to politicians and special interest groups and do their jobs. Which means upholding the law, preserving the peace, protecting the public, and laying charges when offences are committed.
In this article a source from Toronto Police stated that the nudity happens every year. Well, if that’s the case and the authorities are aware, then it should not be difficult to address. Is it hard for the Toronto Police Service who implement the operational plan and who have constant communication with event organizers, to take a zero-tolerance approach to offences being committed in front of our children?
