As a retired Montreal (QC) police officer, I have decided to join ‘Police on Guard for Thee’ in an effort to help with their mission of protecting our Canadian Rights and Liberties. I also feel that these measures are not only in conflict with their Charter Oath but also place active-duty police officers in an unfair, stressful and untenable position when directed by politicians and senior management to enforce these emergency measures. I am proud to become part of this dedicated family and will do my best to help in any way I can.
