Those health professionals in Nova Scotia who chose bodily autonomy over Covid-19 vaccination have remained unable to work until just two weeks ago. Dr. Theresa Szezepaniak of BC had her privileges revoked after refusing to comply with vaccine mandates put in place in 2021, for all health care professionals in BC.
Dr. Szezepaniak, lost her appeal and will remain suspended “until such time as the Appellant is eligible to fulfill her service obligations”
