Police on Guard has recently become aware of Marcus Ray who claimed to be a member of Police on Guard. We are extremely concerned with the content of Marcus Ray’s talks and action he’s claiming to take in the next few weeks.
We together with Veterans for Freedom and Canada Marches ask that all Canadians become engaged in a democratic manner so that we can restore our charter together and above all in a peaceful manner.
Police on Guard is proud to count James Topp as one of our members.
James is a current serving soldier of the Canadian Armed Forces of 28 years. At the present time, James is marching across Canada, from Vancouver to Ottawa, ensuring our government upholds the laws that support Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
We were honoured to present James with a $2500 cheque to assist him and the Canada Marches Team with their mission. James is the epitome of who Police on Guard is and what our Mission Statement entails.
Police on Guard has been active for over a year and we have never wavered from our original stance as it pertains to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Constitution.
We, the undersigned, wish to make the following statement based on the fluid, unfolding events in Ottawa in relation to the Freedom Convoy.
The Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees every Canadian’s right to peacefully assemble and the right to protest.
For nearly two weeks, Canadians with their families and children from all over the country from different ages, races, ethnicities, religions and beliefs have gathered in our Nation’s capital to exercise this right in unity, peace and love.
