Tamara Lich, arrested for allegedly breaching bail conditions

Tamara Lich, was arrested for allegedly breaching bail conditions. Why does law enforcement feel that a breach was committed when this was already addressed in her bail review, and she was granted permission to attend a ceremony to receive the George Jones Freedom Award.
This appears to be more of a message the government is attempting to send to those in the Freedom movement just before Canada Day.

Bill S-7 Fails to Protect Travellers Privacy

Trudeau’s Government continues its path of eroding the Charter. Section 8 of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms is short and to the point. It states, “Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure.”

However, amendments to Bill S-7 will now give CBSA the right to check your devices and demand your passwords so that they may search in its entirety anything contained on your device.
