Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms being signed into law by Queen Elizabeth II. The Charter ensures the fundamental freedoms of every Canadian, the freedoms which members of Police on Guard swore to protect when taking their oath
Police on Guard is proud to count James Topp as one of our members.
James is a current serving soldier of the Canadian Armed Forces of 28 years. At the present time, James is marching across Canada, from Vancouver to Ottawa, ensuring our government upholds the laws that support Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
We were honoured to present James with a $2500 cheque to assist him and the Canada Marches Team with their mission. James is the epitome of who Police on Guard is and what our Mission Statement entails.
We were honoured to be able to convey our message with Freedom Film 2022 to provide the public with an internal perspective of who Police on Guard is and what we are working to accomplish.
