Vaccine Choice Canada (VCC) has filed a “Notice of Discontinuance” for their legal action filed on July 6, 2020. For reasons they have made clear in their statement, they believe that the current state of our justice system in Canada is unlikely to support an just decision in their case and, for the sake of protecting the defendants, have chosen to forgo this legal action.
