Police on Guard had the privilege of interviewing Kamil Bachouchi, a student at Wilford Laurier university, regarding the school’s mask mandates re-implemented for this school year. Kamil decided to take peaceful action by exercising his point in a democratic way.
The Emergency Act Inquiry continued into its fifth week in Ottawa.
The inquiry is showing the public the absolute disconnects between bureaucrats, politicians, the legal system, the police, and the law.
Canadians expect that if the government is going to resort to extreme measures that those measures can be justified and that there is some semblance of consensus amongst those responsible for such important decisions.
The recent ruling in Nova Scotia by the Court of Appeals should be sending a clear message across Canada that Governments have clearly overstepped and have abused the Rights of Canadians as set out in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
