It’s been two months since the federal government invoked the Emergencies Act to quell peaceful protest in the nation’s capital. The framework of the legislation requires the government to launch an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the declared emergency within 60 days.
James Topp, a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and member of Police on Guard, is on the march from BC to Ottawa, to ensure the government upholds the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
