Police on Guard for Thee – Nova Scotia Letter
In less than a month since we published our letter requesting clarification to the constitutionality of our Public Health Orders in Ontario, active duty officers in Nova Scotia have penned their own.
Similar to our letter, they express many concerns with their local Public Health Orders and are requesting the same clarifications. Have a read.
It does not matter where you are in Canada, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms must be upheld by all law enforcement. If you agree, #RememberYourOath and join our cause.

What our Oath means to us
We felt it was a good time to open up our hearts and share what our Oath means to us. We hope that these heartfelt words inspire our fellow peace keepers to remember their oath. We have and will always, Stand on Guard for Thee!

Affirmation/Oath of Office for Police Officers
We have been receiving many questions regarding the oath that police officers take. Inside the front cover of every officer’s memo book is a reminder of our oath. While the exact text may differ between jurisdictions and services, above all we have pledged to uphold the Constitution of Canada and that includes our Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
For those officers who are silent while we are ordered to enact questionable policies, mandates, and by-laws, we hope you will #RememberYourOath and join us by adding your support.

If you are an active or retired peace officer or in a related field and would like to pledge your support, please be sure to message us with your information and a photo. We will do our best to get in contact with you as soon as possible.
