Australia - Doctor Suspended by Medical Board Due to Covid Vaccines Wins Case to Resume Practice

Dr. William Anicha Bay of Queensland, Australia, is one of those valued physicians of our era; he spoke out against the deaths and injuries he was witnessing within his own practice (and throughout so many others), when Covid-19 vaccines were rolled out across Australia.

Once Dr. Bay began to recognize the damage he was seeing, immediately after the implementation of the vaccines, he posted to social media, attended protests and spoke out at a Medical Association Conference, pleading for them to stop issuing vaccines and acknowledge the damages being caused.

He stood up for his patients, against corrosive government pressures, public humiliations and harsh criticisms until the inevitable happened; the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) revoked his licence to practise in August, 2022.

The medical board found Dr. Bay’s public statements undermined medical regulators’ “position on Covid-19 and the Covid-19 vaccination” – a familiar catch-all that empowered medical licensing agencies across Canada, Australia and elsewhere, to strip the licenses from valued medical health professionals.

The Board also stated that Dr. Bay’s statements “further contravenes the position of local, state and federal government and health authorities, which are in place to protect public health and safety”.

The case was heard in the Brisbane Supreme Court by Justice Thomas Bradley.

Justice Bradley was quick to point out that it was not the role of the Court in this case to make determinations regarding Covid-19 policies or their implementation, only to determine whether Dr. Bay’s suspension was reasonable and justified.

Clearly, it was not.

As stated by the Canberra Times; Justice Bradley found Dr. Bay had been treated with “bias and failure to afford fair process” over complaints unrelated to his clinical practice. He stated the Covid-19 pandemic was an “extraordinary period of history” in which governments encouraged widespread vaccine use. However he said that did not allow the medical board to deny Dr. Bay information about the complaints or disregard potential bias at hearings.

Furthermore, “None of these measures extended the board’s regulatory role to include protection of government and regulatory agencies from political criticism,” Justice Bradley said.

Dr. William Bay’s suspension was overturned, followed by the thunderous applause of his many supporters.

Everyone who spoke out against vaccine mandates and Covid-19 policies were subjected to harassment and ridicule, but the risk to medical professionals meant a very real potential for the loss of their medical privileges or licenses.

With so much at stake, many chose to stay quiet about the undeniable destruction they witnessed.

It is for this reason that it is important to acknowledge those who stood strong in support of their oath to do no harm, risking their own livelihoods and reputations in an effort to save those they swore to protect.

One ruling at a time, it is slowly but finally being acknowledged around the world that these ‘vaccines’ did little to stem the spread of Covid-19, while leaving a swath of death and damaged souls in its wake that is, as of yet, still not fully acknowledged.

We applaud Dr. Bay and all who spoke out for the health and well-being of their fellow citizens, and demand that those injured are acknowledged and supported.
