Ontario Superior Court Upholds Vaccine Passports

The Ontario Superior Court ‘of Justice’ appears to be nothing of the sort lately. They have once again demonstrated their significant bias (at best) or political corruption (also possible).

Outlined in a recent press release from the Justice Institute for Constitutional Freedoms are details of their most recent ruling, in favour of mandatory injection and vaccine passports.

Despite our guaranteed right to informed choice and bodily autonomy, standing in direct contravention of our Charter and the Nuremberg Code. Despite mounting evidence toward the ineffectiveness of and potential dangers from these mandated injections. Despite being told we live in a democracy…

AND despite the plaintiffs having legitimate and significant medical and religious cause for exemption.

In the words Jorge Pineda, one of the lawyers for the plaintiffs:

“Ontario did not base its decision to implement a vaccine passport on scientific evidence and did not take the trouble of ensuring that the measures would not unnecessarily infringe the rights guaranteed in the Charter. The province offered no alternatives to those who had valid concerns about the Covid vaccines…”. Mr. Pineda closed with “we are carefully reviewing the decision and discussing appeal options with our clients.”

Police on Guard stands with them, in their fight to uphold the rights and freedoms of all Canadians and looks forward to a better outcome for their potential appeal.
