Bill S-7 Fails to Protect Travellers Privacy
Trudeau’s Government continues its path of eroding the Charter. Section 8 of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms is short and to the point. It states, “Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure.”
However, amendments to Bill S-7 will now give CBSA the right to check your devices and demand your passwords so that they may search in its entirety anything contained on your device.

Join James Topp on his final march into Ottawa
James Topp, a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, member of Police on Guard and Veterans for Freedom, marched over 4360 kms from BC to Ottawa, to ensure the government upholds the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Join him on the last leg of his journey into Ottawa on June 30th, ending at the Tomb of the unknown solider.

Let’s not kid ourselves, mandates are still in place!!
On June 20th the federal government lifted the vaccine mandates for domestic and international travellers, federal employees, and employees of federally regulated industries.
Despite this, the federal government has not yet lifted the mandates for cross border truck drivers or for unvaccinated travellers. The illogical, contradictory, and hypocritical nature of these statements needs to end.
Provincial Health Officers are not Above the Law
Recently Provincial Court decisions have been handed down against Dr. Deena Hinshaw and Dr. Bonnie Henry. It is clear that the courts are sending a message that the Provincial Health Chief Medical Officer cannot hide behind the Provincial Governments
