Despite this growing evidence, some Hospitals within Canada are still enforcing a requirement for up-to-date vaccination status, with proof, for anyone hoping to attend a sick relative in treatment facilities, hospitals and care homes.

The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms is reviewing the court’s decision regarding an appeal. The decision by Justice Belzil is a dangerous precedent, one that cannot be allowed to stand. It erodes not only the Charter but also individual rights of choice.
