As active and retired members of various police services across this great country, we recognize our sworn oath to uphold the Constitution of Canada, including the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and we intend on upholding that oath in everything that we do.

Vaccine Travel Mandate Lawsuit

There are other lawsuits currently making their way through the courts, alongside our Federal Employee Lawsuit, addressing various Covid restrictions and mandates.

One such lawsuit is also addressing the travel mandates that were imposed on all Canadians that were not vaccinated against Covid 19.

The next hearing is scheduled for Wednesday October 11th, 2023 @‌9:30 am in the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa.

Measures Against Churches Justified Rules Manitoba Judge

Manitoba enacted some of the most severe restrictions including, the shutting down church services.
Seven congregations joined forces to launch a constitutional challenge, supported by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.
The case went to court and ruled justifiable, when the matter was appealed, the decision was upheld.

Update on Pastor Henry Hildebrandt’s Covid Related Charges

Pastor Henry Hildebrandt, highly regarded in his community of Aylmer, has had many charges levied against him as he continually showed his determination to speak out for the freedoms of his congregation and his community.

One by one he has succeeded in having these charges dismissed for various reasons. Unfortunately, his legal battle has come to an end with one of his charges resulting in a guilty plea to a charge under the Reopening Ontario Act for holding an outdoor church service on June 6th, 2021.
